Deb retired after teaching for thirty years in the Florida school system, and Bob is retired from the Federal Government and Naval Reserve. This picture shows us standing in front of the atrium at our home which overlooks the Pacific ocean, and Gulf of Nicoya. We are retired but still very busy with our lives because there is so much enjoyment in living in Costa Rica. We are involved in an orphanage near San Ramon by insuring that each child has a birthday party and gifts. We are also involved in assisting the neighborhood school and community when it is needed, and we are also involved in our local church. There is lots of time for relaxing on our terrace, particularly in the rainy season, we read, watch TV, play games on our Wi, and spend time on the computer. For a few years we were involved in the sale of property to those coming to Costa Rica to live, assisting them in their transition, and purchasing property ourselves, but gave that up in order to manage the property we currently have.

We have constructed fully furnished 1, 2, and 3 bedroom vacation villas on our property for those wishing to visit our area in Costa Rica. We have had many guests stay with us for varying lengths of time while they vacationed, searched for property, or were waiting for their home to be constructed on property they purchased, with many returning as much as several times to stay in the villas. We have made lots of new friends while visiting on our terrace.
